Design details of the wedding day and dessert table will be discussed with you. Please include any photos you may have.

Deposit and Order Minimums: To secure your date in my schedule a $250 non refundable deposit is required which goes towards the balance of your order. An email correspondence with me does NOT guarantee your event in my schedule, only a deposit will secure your date.  Order quotes are open for 14 days after they are sent for your decision, after that I may book another order on your date unless the deposit is received. Once your deposit is accepted there will be no major changes to the order. When your RSVP’S or guest count come back I can not make adjustments. Full payment is required 3 weeks prior to event date. All weddings of 100 or more guests require a $500 minimum order of product. For example, a three tier cake to serve 70 people and a sheet cake for 50 would accommodate 100 guests and allow you to keep the top tier for your first Anniversary and also reach the minimum. Another example, when choosing the cutting cake and cupcake option,  a 8 inch and 6 inch two tier cutting cake (one cake) and 9 dozen cupcakes would meet the minimum order and give each guest one cupcake. I would recommend ordering 1.5 cupcakes per guest as many guests take more than one. When ordering the custom dessert table option with cupcakes, bars, cookies or dessert shooters I would suggest at least 2 items per guest as many will take 2 or more items on a plate to enjoy.

Delivery: Local delivery, within an hour is $50. All other deliveries are based on round trip mileage from my location. Please contact me for an exact quote based on location of event. Set up and styling of dessert on dessert table will be added to the delivery fee based on how much of my time is needed to complete the design.

If your reception is outdoors in hot and humid weather, it is up to the bride and event coordinator to arrange proper accommodations for the wedding cake/desserts in advance. Please let me know ahead of time where on the site the cake/desserts should be dropped off.
